Open of Padel is an open-access padel tournament intelligence and statistics portal. We do not require user accounts, passwords, or personal registrations to browse live scores, tournament brackets, or player rankings. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
1. Information Handled
We maintain a minimal data approach:
- Direct Inquiries: When you send a message through our Contact Desk or email us directly, we use your provided name and email address solely to answer your questions or process tournament data suggestions.
- Anonymous Web Analytics: Standard non-identifying traffic information (such as general page views, browser type, and broad regional trends) is aggregated to optimize site performance and stability.
2. Cookies & Site Preferences
We use minimal functional cookies and browser storage solely to preserve your preferred user interface settings (such as tournament bracket round filters and rankings view modes). We do not deploy invasive cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Data Protection & Security
All network communication across openofpadel.com is protected by modern end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect any transmitted communications against unauthorized access.
4. Disclaimers & Nominative Fair Use
Open of Padel is an independent sports media and statistical archive. All tournament names, athlete references, and federations (such as the International Padel Federation and Premier Padel) remain the intellectual property of their respective holders and are cited strictly for journalistic reporting, historical record-keeping, and fair use analysis.
